Bouquet: Cherry, cloves, mint, earthy, herbal, tomato leaf and cassis.
Palate: Medium bodied with earthy, cherry, salmon berry, menthol, tobacco leaf flavours, followed by firm tannins.
Food Pairings: Duck breast with a Pinot Noir reduction, tuna nicoise and salmon burgers.
