Colour: Pale straw with green hues.
Bouquet: Tropical fruit, floral, apple gooseberry, asparagus and layers of citrus.
Palate: Medium bodied wine with rich layers of tropical fruit, light grassy notes and citrus characters linger through the finish.
Food Pairings: Greek salad, deep fried oysters, seafood au gratin and of course strong or mild cheeses.
