Bouquet: White pepper, cloves, orange rind, anise, heaps of vanilla with hints of cherry and light floral notes.
Palate: Medium bodied, with flavors of cassis, cherry, plum, tobacco leaf and vanilla.
Food Pairings: BBQ Brisket, Leg of Lamb or Thanksgiving/Christmas Turkey
