With more than 20 years of culinary experience, Chef John has cooked in some of Vancouver’s best kitchens, including the Wedgewood Hotel, and led several in the Okanagan before joining Blasted Church. His creativity and passion have helped shape the winery’s food program, bringing guests memorable pairings and chef-driven dishes to enjoy alongside their favourite BC wines.
