90 Points in The Globe and Mail
Petit Verdot Syrah 2023 sits on the Blasted Church patio table with a plate of cheese in the foreground

Blasted Church Vineyards is pleased to share a recent national media mention for one of its exclusive wine club releases. The Small Blessings Petit Verdot Syrah 2023 earned a 90-point score from columnist Christopher Waters in Canada’s national newspaper, The Globe and Mail.

The wine is a distinctive Okanagan blend of Petit Verdot from Osoyoos and Syrah from the Skaha Bench, fermented in clay amphora and aged in French oak for 16 months. The result is an aromatic and complex red with notes of dark fruit, cured meat and coffee.

Part of the Small Blessings portfolio produced exclusively for Blasted Church wine club members, this limited release is available directly from the winery.
