2017 Hatfield’s Fuse
Awarded Silver at the BC Lieutenant Governor's Wine Awards
The 2017 Hatfield`s Fuse is a cornucopia of flavours made with twelve different varietals. The wine opens up with an abundance of stone fruit – apricots and peaches, followed by candied green apple, lemon, and orange blossom. Halibut, roasted chicken or creamy pasta dishes would all provide a terrific match.
 

2017 Pinot Gris - Sneak preview release!
Our 2017 Pinot Gris is a great expression of an Okanagan Valley Pinot Gris. Apple, pear, lemon, and a subtle undercurrent of stone fruit can be found on the nose. The bright acidity leads the attack of orchard fruit and pineapple with citrus carrying through the well-balanced finish. An ideal choice with halibut, mussels, oysters and roasted chicken.
 

2017 Gewurztraminer 
Awarded Silver at the BC Lieutenant Governor's Wine Awards 
Our 2017 Gewurztraminer is 100% estate grown and beautifully balanced. Classic rose petal, blossom, and lychee notes introduce the wine, followed by spice, orange, and lime. Vibrant melon and orange lead to a nicely textured finish, with a touch of sweetness. Pairs well with spicy fish tacos and curries, but it would also work well with barbecued chicken or cheese plates. 


2017 Sauvignon Blanc 
Awarded Double Gold at the All Canadian Wine Championships
Our 2017 Sauvignon Blanc highlights citrus and herbaceous notes that carry through to a tropical finish. With time, this will develop great honey and wax characters which will only increase the complexity of the wine. Pair with seafood, roasted chicken or turkey.


2017 Big Bang Theory
Awarded Silver at the BC Lieutenant Governor's Wine Awards 
Our 2017 Big Bang Theory is made of six different varietals. Dried cherries and cranberries open the palate with plum, blueberry and mint carrying through the mid-palate as the tannin builds through the finish. A great pairing with pizza, roasted sausage or anything from the barbecue.


2015 Merlot - Sold Out everywhere else!
Awarded Double Gold at the All Canadian Wine Championships
Our 2015 Merlot features notes of ripe plum, chocolate, and dark berries, supported by a plush, unctuous mouthfeel. The ripe character of this wine makes it an ideal pair for grilled steaks and roasted mushrooms, or tomato-based pasta.


2015 Cabernet Merlot - Sold Out everywhere else!
Awarded Silver at the BC Wine Awards and InterVin International Wine Awards 
Our 2015 Cabernet Merlot blend has a bouquet of red plums and dark cherries with vanilla toasted oak notes and a hint of eucalyptus. Luscious plums and blackberries are followed by cherries and toasted oak on the palate. Pair with red meats such as roast lamb or barbecued steaks, smoked meats and even dark chocolate.


2015 Syrah - Sold Out everywhere else!
Awarded Gold & Best of Category at the NorthWest Wine Summit
Our 2015 Syrah has been co-fermented with Viognier and Roussanne, and features a bouquet of blackberry, violets, pepper, bacon-wrapped roasted meat and a hint of strawberry. The vibrant acidity - balanced by smooth tannins - is present throughout from start to satisfying finish. Pair our Syrah with steak, ribs and roasts.


2016 Cabernet Sauvignon - our first since 2002!
Awarded Silver at the BC Lieutenant Governor's Wine Awards and InterVin International Wine Awards 
Our 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a bouquet of cassis, blackberry, and chocolate followed by cigar box, leather, wild sage, and plum. Dark cherry and blackberry with black pepper notes take over the palate to a well-balanced finish. Ribeye steaks, braised mushrooms, or aged gouda would pair extremely well.


2016 Cabernet Franc - our first ever!
Awarded Silver at the BC Lieutenant Governor's Wine Awards 
Our 2016 Cabernet Franc has all the characteristics of a classic Cabernet Franc, with brambleberry and strawberry, wild sage, plum and leather on the nose. On the palate, raspberry, strawberry and sage join herbaceous notes that linger well after the wine is gone. Enjoy with braised meats, roasted mushrooms or goat cheese baked in a simple marinara sauce.


2017 Viognier
Awarded Gold at the All Canadian Wine Championships
Our 2017 Viognier was the first harvest from our estate grown Viognier blocks. On the bouquet, apricot and peach are supported by white blossoms and an undercurrent of spice. The stone fruits translate onto the palate with tropical fruit and orange carrying through the long finish. Pad thai, lamb tagine with apricots, or buttery cheeses would all work well with this versatile wine.


2017 Unorthodox Chardonnay 
Awarded Silver at the BC Lieutenant Governor's Wine Awards 
Our 2017 Unorthodox Chardonnay is produced from estate-grown Chardonnay Musque grapes. The wine opens with orange blossom, lime zest, spice, and tropical fruit. On the palate, bright floral and spice notes with fresh citrus develops through the mid-palate throught to the vibrant finish. Pairs beautifully with cream-based seafood or chicken pastas.
