Our fortified Port-de-Merlot. Plum, Black Forest cake, caramelized brown sugar, and maple syrup on the nose. Brown sugar, maple syrup candy, and dark fruit carry the palate. The alcohol is beautifully balanced by the residual sugar through the long finish. Chocolate desserts, salty or blue cheeses would pair perfectly, but Amen can also be enjoyed on its own as an after dinner digestif.

Cross to Bear is not produced every year and is truly the best of the best! 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright blackberry, plum and cassis followed by vanilla, cedar and chocolate. The dusty tannin builds through the mid-palate and carries through the persistent finish. A perfect match with steak frites, roast beef, or any mushroom dish.

Our 100% Petit Verdot. Cured meats, rose petals, leather, chocolate and cigar box with dark berries on the palate. Through the mid-palate, the savoury nature of the grape shines, along with the development of the beautifully rounded tannin. Perfectly balanced acid plays against the supple texture of the wine, which keeps it fresh and lively through to the long and lingering finish. Pairs well with roasted beef or wild game, and mushrooms too.
