The Flock is our traditional wine club. Enjoy fully-customizable wine shipments 3 times per year in the spring, summer, and fall.

How the Flock Works

There are five different clubs for you to choose from: Born Again Club, Salvation Club, Fellowship White, Fellowship Red, and The Apostles Club. Choose the one that’s right for you (they are described below). You can switch any time and customize your shipments with wines from the other clubs, so you will never miss out.

You will get an email with information about the next shipment.

Log in to your account and see the wines included in the shipment. You can then customize it, if you choose. Swap out wines or add more of your favourites! You have 2 weeks from the date of the first email to do this.

Sit back and wait for your wines to be delivered. You can choose to pick up your wines in our wine shop. You will receive an email when they are ready for you.

About the Flock

The Flock is a traditional wine club with 3 shipments offered annually at times established by the Blasted Church Wine Club Manager. Membership benefits begin immediately upon the completion of registration in the club.

Email

Email is our primary method of communication for all club-related transactions. Members are responsible for ensuring our email addresses ([email protected] and [email protected]) are both added to their safe sender’s list so that it does not get automatically filtered out of their inbox. Blasted Church is not responsible for unwanted transactions that occur because of missed or unread emails and are subject to our refund policy below.

Membership Renewal and Cancellation

Your membership will continue automatically until you cancel your membership through your account online or by notifying the wine club manager in writing to [email protected]. You will receive an email notification that the account has been cancelled. If you have not received this email, the account has likely not been cancelled. Please contact us to make sure. The minimum suggested membership length is 1 year or 3 shipments. Skipping shipments is allowed once in a calendar year. Accounts that skip more than two shipments in a row will be considered inactive and may be cancelled without notice at the discretion of the wine club manager. Changes to shipping arrangements (or picking up) must be done prior to the processing date of the member’s club shipment. The processing date is when your card is charged for the club shipment and is indicated in the email notifications that are sent 2 weeks and 2 days prior. Any changes to shipping arrangements (such as request to pick up instead of ship) may not be able to be accommodated.

Wine selection

Members can choose to accept the default club selection of wines or may modify their own club shipments. Members have 2 weeks from the first email to customize club shipments with the available wines. Modifications cannot be made after the processing date, and no refunds will be issued for any shipment that was not modified to the customer’s satisfaction. It is the responsibility of the members to customize their shipments online or, if necessary, communicate with the wine club manager directly to have the shipment customized. Please note that not all wines in the portfolio may be available for customizing in every club shipment. Some wines may not be available due to lack of inventory, vintage change, or other marketing considerations at the discretion of Blasted Church. We do our best to provide a diverse selection of our wines with each shipment and include extras when inventory allows. If you have any special requests, please contact us at [email protected].

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds on club shipment orders. Members have sufficient notification time well in advance of each shipment to skip or cancel a shipment. Once an order is processed to the customer’s credit card, no refunds will be allowed.

Shipping

Shipping by courier is not available for local club shipments for Okanagan Falls and Penticton. These must be picked up at the wineshop.

Orders Picked up at the Wine Shop

(Beginning July 1, 2025) A $20 tithe will be charged monthly on all club shipments not retrieved from the wine shop after 1 month from the date of the invoice unless arrangements have been communicated and acknowledged by the club manager. An email warning the member of this charge will be sent out 1 week prior to the charge. Shipping by courier is not available for local club shipments for Okanagan Falls and Penticton. These must be picked up at the wineshop.

General

Flock members must be of legal drinking age. Wine shipments must be received and signed for, or picked up at the wine shop, by someone of legal drinking age. To save others from temptation, your wine shipment cannot be left at a door unattended. Some Flock member benefits (including club discounts) may not be combined with other Blasted Church offers or promotions.
