This new blend uses grapes sourced from our Estate and Osoyoos vineyards. It is primarily Riesling, with some Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer. Harvest dates ranged from Sept 18th to Nov 3rd with an average Brix of 21.
All varieties were harvested and vinified separately then blended together before bottling. Some of each varietal saw a bit of skin contact to extract full flavours. Fermentation was cold for all varieties and different yeast strains were used to highlight the aromatics of each wine. Blending occurred in the spring of 2015 and it remained in stainless steel to mature.
